Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ReelPlan ("we", "us") provides a scheduling service for Instagram content. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through reelplan.app during our pre-release phase.

2. What we collect on this site

When you join the waitlist on this page we collect:

• your email address (required);
• your name, if you choose to provide it (optional);
• the date and time of your submission.

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts on this page. No third-party trackers are embedded.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process the data you submit based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. The only purpose is to notify you when ReelPlan opens access and, if you ask us to, send you updates about the launch.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — see section 7.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until ReelPlan opens to the public or for a maximum of 24 months, whichever comes first. After that, entries are deleted unless you convert to an active account.

5. Who can access it

Your data is stored on servers we operate and is accessible only to the ReelPlan team members who need it to run the waitlist. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Our hosting infrastructure is located in the European Union. If in the future we engage third-party processors (for example an email delivery provider), we will update this policy before doing so.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use cookies. We do not use local storage or any browser-side tracking for advertising or analytics.

Once you become a ReelPlan user on our dashboard at dashboard.reelplan.app, a separate Privacy Policy applies there; it uses only strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and language preference, which under ePrivacy rules do not require consent.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate;
• ask us to delete it ("right to be forgotten");
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@reelplan.app from the address you signed up with. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including TLS in transit and restricted access to our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach occurs.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, notify waitlist subscribers by email before they take effect.
